    Hi Debbie,

    Great questions! If you request to change your surveys, and are able to do so, your spot will not change in the queue. You will be able to request a redo for a specific survey. That survey should open up with all your previous answers and you can change the answers that need to be redone. As I mentioned before we do not encourage changing answers to the surveys, and that is why you must request a redo and we will assess what needs to be changed.

    Hi Jean,

    We do not encourage changing your answers on the surveys simply because we want your very first thought and reaction about your dog. If you have seen how your dog compares to other participants, and your dog doesn’t seem to be matching up that is totally fine! That just means that your dog is unique and it will hopefully be beneficial for our data. We want unique dogs in our study. 🙂

    If you know for sure that you made a simple mistake, or accidentally flip flopped the answers, there is a “request a redo” button at the bottom of the listed surveys.
