    Hello,

    I am wondering if there was an issue with my kit? I am seeing that my kit has been sent for sequencing multiple times (Jul 2017, Mar 2018) and is now back at “waiting for sequencing.” If the sample was poor quality/there is an issue, is it possible to reswab? I am still interested in getting this information and would be disappointed if my dog’s swab was unusable.
