Several years ago I took her to a parade, as we made our way down the crowded sidewalk to meet up with friends, Scruffy thought everyone was there to see her. She stopped and greeted almost everyone and she still loves to be the center of attention wherever she goes. 0 LikesLoading... Sex: Male Owner's Stated Breed Mix: Dog description
Titan is an unneutered, 65-pound, blue-nose pitbull-type dog with a muscular, lean build and a large, boxy head. He has a long snout, pronounced shoulder, glute, and chest muscles, and a coat that appears "blue" or "seal" with an underlying reddish tint.
Estimated to be around 1.5 years old, Titan is friendly, playful, and highly social with both humans and other dogs. He is very intelligent and highly trainable. He enjoys fetch, tug-of-war, and long walks. Despite his generally friendly temperament, he can be protective of his yard and will intervene in dog fights to break them up without harm, but never instigate.
Titan came to us with existing skin issues, which seem to persist despite regular baths, moisturization, and integration of natural probiotics in his diet.
Titan is fed a high-protein diet of homemade food, supplemented with high-quality kibble, meats, veggies, leftovers, peanut butter, eggs, and greek yogurt. This dog will eat anything including plain raw celery and carrots.
Disclaimer: His age of 1.5 years is estimated, as is his breed and purity because he came to us as a stray. Dog summary 1.5 year old American Pitbull male; sociable, playful, intelligent, eager to please Quirk He can always be found with a ball in his mouth. If he knows I Does best He is so intelligent, and with the little training we have started, he has learned new words including wait, follow, release, get. I think he is intelligent enough that this could become agility training on dog obstacles. Fun Story Titan got out of the yard by pushing through our chain-link fence several times a week for the first month and a half after we rescued him. He was persistent, and we started using a line. Now that he is confident he has loving home and is fed well, he is happier and no longer needs a lead while we are home. Please see your dog's personality profile prediction below for your dog.
