Several years ago I took her to a parade, as we made our way down the crowded sidewalk to meet up with friends, Scruffy thought everyone was there to see her. She stopped and greeted almost everyone and she still loves to be the center of attention wherever she goes. 1 LikeLoading... Sex: Female Owner's Stated Breed Mix: Dog description
Bear is a smart and stubborn, yet loyal and loving pup. I adopted her from a shelter in February 2022. She is a wonderful mix of 7 breeds, according to Embark DNA testing, primarily lab and husky. Bear is the softest dog I Dog summary A 2 year old rescue mutt with the softest fur, the comfiest snuggles, and the biggest personality! Quirk Bear squints repeatedly when she's happy to see someone- it's adorable! Does best She is the BEST at getting belly rubs- her go-to method of cuddling is getting next to someone and immediately rolling over/spreading her legs for tummy rubs! She is shy with new people but will also do this with them. Fun Story Bear is typically very stubborn. She is smart and can learn new commands easily, but she struggles with focus and often checks out mentally when she realizes I'm trying to get her to do something. For some reason, though, she has latched onto the command "go to bed". She can get very rambunctious, especially in the morning when she's trying to wake up her humans. She will climb all over us, whack us with her paws, and sometimes pace and bark if we don't get up right away. Yet, if I say "go to bed" she instantly stops, looks at me, lies in her bed, and looks back to me for approval. This will even happen accidentally if I use the phrase in normal conversation in a different room! She's a stubborn pup but can't seem to resist her training when she hears those words.
