Dog description

She is a mixed breed rescue from northern Manitoba. She has a brown tint to her black fur, with a white strip on her chest. She has very large and tall ears and a curly tail. She has physical and personality traits of a bully breed although she has other characteristics that could be shephard/lab/husky. She is a naturally polite dog with high inteligence and she is very affectionate. She is a confident dog and fairly easy going, although she is temperamental about separation from owners when left at home and vocalizes it with a range of sounds, including yipping and howling. She is not particularly food driven but she loves to chew her bones and has a strong jaw. She has a guard instinct and a prey drive. She is very fast and agile, and a bundle of strength.

Dog summary

A large eared northern manitoba dog with tons of character.

Quirk

She makes all sorts of sounds to express herself, including yipping, howling, and a variety of unique noises I wouldn't know what to call them.

Does best

Watches over her environment.

Fun Story

While camping, Mira welcomes the unique opportunity to cuddle right in the bed with us. She positions herself under the covers between us, rests her head on the pillows, and places one arm over the comforter. When we turn to the right, she rolls over to right with us, and when we roll to the left, she rolls to the left.
